What if I'm not happy about something?

If you're ever unhappy with a product or my service I'll give you a full refund. I don't like quibbling over details, I'd rather refund your money and start afresh.

On (occasional!) occasions when I feel I've let someone down I usually try to make up for it by including some extra products with the order.

What if you run out of stock?

I try to keep stock levels on the site up to date but occasionally stock will run out before I can update it, in these cases you can choose to either receive a full refund or wait till stock arrives. If some of your order is in stock I will send those products separately straight away for no extra delivery fee.

If you're worried about placing a large order please wait till I confirm stock before paying.

What if I change my mind after placing an order?

No worries, just email or call me. If you change your order I'll refund any amount owing, or if you cancel the order after it's been sent I'll ask that you send the products back and I'll refund the full payment.

What if I'm in a big rush?

I'll try to help you out. It's best to call me to make sure I'm around and discuss options – often I can send orders express and they'll arrive the next day (may involve added costs); or we may be able to organise a courier if you're outside Aussy Post's express network (this could be expensive); or if you can get to Mona Vale you're welcome to pick up orders if I'm home; or occasionally I can make urgent deliveries myself.
