I really like this book. It explains clearly why some foods are better choices than others, which is obviously critical knowledge for anyone hoping to stay well.
Starting with carbohydrates, Dr Sears lists his one hundred healthiest foods and includes a recipe for each.
So What's number one?
Cauliflower.
You can't go wrong with berries either, they take four spots in the top ten.
