The book that started it all..
A bad book to start with. Most find it too long and difficult to understand.
Since Enter the Zone Dr Sears has released a series of books trying to present his ideas in ever easier formats, so there are better books available now.
Only for fanatics I reckon.
Dr Sears now claims he wrote Enter the Zone specifically for cardiac surgeons, which obviously isn't true, but I forgive him this one misdemeanour as he's merely trying to encourage readers to choose one of his later books instead.
Still, if it's the only one in the library I say read on!
